Duncan runs the work in the field. He has spent 5 to 6 years in commercial plumbing and did not skip a rung. He has worked every position on the crew, on nearly every kind of job the trade throws at you, commercial and residential both. He knows how the whole system fits together because he has had his hands on all of it.

We are not a franchise and we are not a call center. When you hire R&D, you get the owner on the job and the relationships that come with him. The clients Duncan has built over the years stuck around for a reason. He holds the standard from the first bid to the final inspection, and answers for the work with his own name on it.

Commercial is where we come from, and it is the standard that runs through everything else we touch. Multifamily, restaurants, convenience stores, commercial laundry. That work does not forgive shortcuts, and it taught us to respect every joint, every line, and every part nobody sees. We built this business the honest way, one job at a time, on work we can stand behind.
